NyanCatCore (NyanCore for short) is an aesthetic based around themes of the 2011 meme, Nyan Cat. It has slight roots in the scene aesthetic, although it is not necessarily considered “alternative”.
NyanCatCore can often be confused with Rainbowcore and Scene, but they are not the same, as Nyan Cat mostly focuses on themes such as space, rainbows, and cats.
